Kelly’s Roots Cafe & Marketplace
In the suburbs outside of downtown Glens Falls, Kelly’s Roots Cafe & Marketplace is a great breakfast/lunch spot for west-coast inspired clean, healthy eating with plenty of smoothie options to get your day started and salads for a mid-day refuel. You can opt for gluten-free bread with any sandwich on the menu, including breakfast sandwiches.
Those with a sweet tooth will enjoy their offering of Baked by Jordan Cupcakes. The Chocolate Peanut Butter, Funfetti Cookie Dough, Strawberry Shortcake, and three other flavors switched out weekly are first come first serve, although they do not guarantee to have allergy-free cupcakes available.

Bear’s Cup Bakehouse
Bear’s Cup in Bolton Landing is a small-batch bakery, kitchen, and coffee bar offering an “artisanal approach to food”. Vegans and vegetarians can get their caffeine fix with almond or oat milk and pair it with a vegan cream cheese spread on a made-from-scratch, hand-rolled, and kettle-boiled bagel. Try their other delicious gluten-free bakery items like banana bread, coffee cake, and cookies too. Bear’s Cup does not offer dine-in, but rather a walk-up window only.
