The Fun Starts in White Water Bay
The family friendly indoor water park, White Water Bay, features attractions for young guests and those forever young at heart. Take an exhilarating trip down the tube slides or slow down for a relaxing float around the lazy river. Younger kids will love all the activity in Tall Timbers Treehouse with plenty of slides and splashing. Soak up the waves while you boogie board on the FlowRider and be sure to enjoy the all-new light show, Splashtacular, as you close down a jam packed, memory filled day. A Sprawling Amusement Park Right Next Door
Located just a short walk from the Lodge, over 135 rides, shows, and attractions fill this timeless theme park. For more than 60 years, The Great Escape has provided families of all ages memories that last a lifetime.
Every year there is something new to enjoy, and this year is no different. Located in the Hot Rod USA section of the park, the Greezed Lightenin’ looping coaster is the latest to thrill guests. It stands seven stories tall with amazing hang time. Or live life in the fast lane at Thunder Alley, where even the little ones can enjoy getting behind the wheel. Think you have what it takes to tame the gigantic 192’ tall beast Sasquatch? Go ahead and give it your best shot!
Head to the Ghost Town section as you are transported back to the Wild West at the same time as you experience the future. Take a spin on the fan-favorite coaster, Steamin’ Demon, but now with an enhanced twist. The second addition to the park this year is the New Revolution Virtual Reality Coaster. Riders 13-years-old and up wear Samsung Gear VR headsets to immerse them in a battle against alien invaders all while they feel the speed and power of the roller coaster.
Toss on your suits and cool off in the outdoor water park, Hurricane Harbor. The recently re-themed Buccaneer Beach area is the perfect setting for little splashateers. See if your family can survive the eye of the storm as they slide through Tornado. Take a dip in a 500,000 gallon wave pool or get drenched in the five-story tall Paul Bunyan’s Bucket Brigade.
