Golfers of all levels will enjoy the 18-hole Cronin's Golf Resort situated on the banks of the Hudson River which skirts the Town. There are also hiking trails, a public beach, and winter cross-country ski trails that are all close to the hamlet area. July brings the annual Smoke Eaters Jamboree and the weekend prior to Columbus Day features the annual World's Largest Garage Sale - a bargain hunter's paradise.
