An Adirondack staple for over 70 years!
Oscar’s is a household name, not only in the Adirondacks but nationally as well. We’ve been making smoked meats and delicious cheeses for decades. The original, wood-fired brick smokehouse was built in 1946, by hand, by founder Oscar himself. A 9,000 square foot building with many “green upgrades” was built and opened in February 2010.
Household favorites include applewood smoked bacon, all beef summer sausage, boneless turkey breast, three-year-old aged cheddar, hickory smoked imported blue cheese, and cheese spreads. Oscar’s also sells specialty items such as homemade jerky, homemade mustard, and maple syrup.
Even Rachael Ray loves Oscar’s Adirondack Smokehouse!
