Day 1

Nettle Meadow Goat and Sheep Farm and Artisan Cheese Company is currently home to more than 300 goats, dozens of sheep, and a variety of sanctuary animals. Meet the friendly farm animals, sample and buy their organic, award-winning cheeses or stop into their newest retail location at the historic Old Hitching Post for locally produced specialty items and lunch.  You can't visit without dropping into Oscar's Adirondack Smokehouse to sample their famous smoked meats, cheeses, and a selection of local products such as mustard, maple syrup, goat cheese, sauces and baked goods. Family owned and operated for decades, Oscar's is truly the hidden gem of the North Country and touted by foodie celebrities such as Rachael Ray and Guy Fieri.

Evening free time activities can include exploring all the Village of Lake George has to offer. The Village is bustling with unique culinary experiences and venues. A must-stop is the Adirondack Winery for a wine-tasting demonstration and souvenir wine glass. Drop into The Adirondack Pub & Brewery and discover their unique process of making authentic, barrel aged beers and grab a bite for dinner or just relax and enjoy the scenery on the expansive deck.

Day 2

Your culinary journey continues with a delicious brunch or lunch aboard one of the touring vessels navigating "The Queen of American Lakes" daily. Cruise the scenic waters of 32-mile long Lake George with either Lake George Steamboat Company or Lake George Shoreline Cruises. Dine aboard the Lac Du Saint Sacrement, The Horicon, or The Adirondac while floating on the scenic waters is sure to be an unforgettable experience.

The afternoon can be spent shopping at the nearby "Million Dollar Half Mile," home to over 70 Brand name Factory Outlets. Just down the road, you'll find Martha's Dandee Crème a Lake George landmark for over 50 years. Famous not only for its soft serve flavors but also its roadside rooster, Martha's has been featured on The Today Show and is recognized as a top 10 ice cream parlor in the nation on Trip Advisor!

What does the evening have in store? Be entertained at one of the many theatre options in the area. Head into the City of Glens Falls for a plethora of professional entertainment and unique dining options including Charles R. Wood Theatre and The Park Theatre productions. The Lake Theatre offers delicious meals and professional performances at The Holiday Inn Resort in season. Laura Roth offers Cabaret-style entertainment and dinner at The Georgian Resort and Surfside on the Lake Resort, and a unique Polynesian-themed dinner show can be found at The Tiki Resort's Waikiki Supper Club.
