Learn yoga, mediation, overall mental and physical wellness with our women’s weekend retreat!

Grab your friends and join the retreat at The Fort William Henry Hotel! The classes will be taught by by Tobey (Durga Om) Gifford. The retreat begins Friday where you can take part in a gentle and restorative yoga to de-stress and relax, followed by a Happy Hour Mixer. On Saturday you can check out the vendor show, learn about essential oil and crystal therapy, and end the night with a ghost tour! Round up your weekend on Sunday with meditation practice, along with yoga and breakfast!
