A weekly farmers market with food trucks, and live music, in downtown Glens Falls!
The Thursday Market & Food Truck Corral is a combination farmers market, flea market, and craft market at The Shirt Factory in downtown Glens Falls. Foodies, crafters, deal-hunters, and more will love this cherished event in the city.
The food trucks and vendors change regularly, so don’t hesitate to attend more than one week — there’s always something new! Dozens of food trucks will be serving food and drinks, farm and food vendors will be selling unique and eclectic items, and there’ll be live music on two stages!

- Daily Fresh – Indian food like Palak Paneer, Kadai Mushroom, Mutter Paneer, Aloo Gobi, Chole and more.
- Tres Mijas – Authentic Mexican food including enchiladas, tacos, taquitos, burritos, tostadas, homemade chips, homemade salsa and homemade guacamole.
- Vashti’s Kitchen Delights – Caribbean-American Cuisine
- Alaturco Gyro – America’s Queen Gyro, Mediterranean Halal Gyro, special appetizers, oriental Turkish food, and Turkish desserts
- Giovanni Fresco – Authentic Italian catering
- The Wrap Shack – Wraps, Salads, Quesadillas, Fries, Tots and more.
- ADK Mobile Hibachi – Hibachi Fried Rice, Hibachi Noodle, Hibachi Chicken, Hibachi Steak, and Hibachi Shrimp.
- Crazy Mike’s Beef Jerky – Available in 8 flavors.
- Cakes by Sarah – Royal icing cookies, cupcakes, mini bento cakes, and DIY cookie kits.
- Euro Delicacies – Greek and Mediterranean fare.
- farmacy – They’re bring their smoker!
- The Hungry Traveler – Burgers and fries!
- Slyboro Ciderhouse and Hicks Orchard – hard cider to sample and sell.

This event runs from May 18 – September 14 (Thursdays only).
Make sure to stop in The Shirt Factory, a historic building filled with artists and artisanal shops, before or after you walk around the Market. Several of the year-round shops and business located in the Shirt Factory will offer specials every Thursday.
