Springtime dining is a delicious way to rediscover the Lake George Area as it wakes up from a quiet winter. With the new season beginning and all the things to do in spring, it is good to know where you can grab a bite or get a cold one. Restaurants open in the spring include waterfront restaurants overlooking Lake George, family-owned Italian restaurants that have served pastas and pork chops for generations, and a variety of other eclectic places to eat. Since the weather is beginning to warm up, a cold craft beer at one of the local breweries is the perfect way to end an afternoon. If romantic dinners are more your style, explore the downtown sidewalks of Lake George Area communities and find that dish you’ve been craving. The snow is gone and the grass is growing, so find a restaurant this spring in the Lake George Area.
