Save a Bunch of Moola and Shred Like the God/Goddess That You Are...
If the mountains are calling and you must go, let us at least help you go without breaking the bank. This ski season, good for early 2018, you can ski and ride Gore Mountain for two days for just $109. How? Well friends, you’re about to find out.
Gore Mountain is a generous mountain, with wide ski trails for carving turns and impeccably groomed terrain just waiting for your shred sticks or board to find a line and send it. It’s also undergone some massive renovations and upgrades for your alpine adventure enjoyment. New at Gore this year:
New Saddle Lodge at Mid-Mountain – If taking a break from the slopes at 10 am to unthaw your feet, drink some hot cocoa, and maybe mow down some french-fries is part of your ski routine – then ladies and gents, you’re about to get some exciting news. Gore’s mid-mountain Saddle Lodge has undergone a complete and utterly unrecognizable transformation. It’s doubled in size, boasts a new style vernacular, and will offer a new menu. It is downright fancy. Swing in to see if for yourself.
Straight Brook Lodge at Gore Mountain’s summit offers a place to warm up and chill out between runs. At the base of the ski resort, additions to the Northwoods Lodge include upgraded rental and demo gear. Test the latest and greatest from Rossignol and Burton.
Nordic Center updates, more parking, and ever increasing environmental advances in energy-efficiency and snow-making make the 2017-2018 ski season one of the most exciting in Gore Mountain’s history – and that’s saying something considering Gore is one of the oldest ski resorts in the country.
All of this feeds off Gore’s solar field, which is the biggest solar field in New York State dedicated to a ski area. Makes sense right? Gore offers more terrain, trails, amenities and mojo than any other ski resort in the state, so of course our solar energy capacity needs to match. Gore’s 25-year solar energy contract allows the mountain to offset 85% of its energy use.
So, Back to That Ski Deal for $109
