Lake George Winter CarnivalCheck it out
As the Lake George Area approaches the end of the reopening process, and local businesses ramp up for another busy summer, health and safety is on the mind of everyone.
Businesses and local officials have the health and safety of our local residents and our visiting guests as the top priority of the summer.
Safety Plan and Business Affirmation
As the Lake George Area prepares to welcome visitors, businesses MUST file a Safety Plan and complete a Safety Affirmation before they can open their doors. Both of these items are required by New York State.
Businesses must have a plan to keep customers and employees safe before reopening.
Safety Badge Program
Many local businesses are taking part in a voluntary Health and Safety Pledge to keep customers and employees safe. Businesses who display the badge have taken the pledge to put safety at the forefront this summer. Rest assured that the businesses displaying the badge have your health as their top priority.
Safety Posters From Sidekick Creative
Sidekick Creative from Glens Falls and the Warren County Planning Department teamed up to create beautiful Adirondack-style posters encouraging residents and visitors to use masks, socially distance, and wash their hands.
Businesses throughout the Lake George Area are displaying these posters to encourage people to follow these necessary guidelines.
