West Mountain in Queensbury offers a variety of beginner to intermediate skiing in the Lake George Region. Groomed trails on leeward side of mountain for all levels. 1,010 ft vertical drop, longest run 1.5 mile, 85% snowmaking, night skiing. Tubing park, terrain park; ski school, rentals, demo days, cafeteria, lounge, restaurant, ski patrol. Mountain biking, volleyball courts, horseshoes, bonfire pit. Summer thru fall chairlift ride to top; fall foliage guided tour by reservation.
