Events season never stops in the Lake George Area. From Winter Carnivals and Ice Bars to massive boat shows and ice fishing derbies, winter is packed with events in the Lake George Area.

The fun doesn’t stop when the temperature drops in the Lake George Area. Events are held annually all winter long and serve to break up the cold season. Winter Carnivals are the crown jewel of annual winter events featuring awesome activities such as outhouse races, ice sculptures, and human foosball competitions. Ice bars, like the Glacier Ice Bar & Lounge, become the coolest places in town to grab a refreshing drink. If you’re an ice angler, sign up for an ice fishing tournament and try to pull in a winning fish. The Great Upstate Boatshow is a perfect end-of-winter event that will get you in the mood for warmer weather.

Put on a warm jacket, grab your gloves, and head to an event in the Lake George Area.
