Great family fun! Learn about the history and techniques of snowshoeing

Then we'll take a hike on the trails looking for signs of animal activity. Commonly seen tracks include fox, white-tailed deer, turkey, squirrel, crow, and more.

Come enjoy the property during one of the most beautiful and serene times of the year. Adequate snow cover is required for snowshoeing - we'll do a hike instead.

We have snowshoe rentals - fee included; please call for availability.

Up Yonda is where you will find the natural beauty of the Adirondacks on 73-acres with a spectacular view of Lake George. Enjoy nature programs presented throughout the year; learn from the natural history exhibits which features a diorama of native birds and mammals. In the summer visit the perennial gardens and butterfly garden - best from June to September ~ come back and visit us.
