But, you don’t need a reason to celebrate when vacationing in the Lake George Area. Enjoy the popular Thursday Night Fireworks over the southern basin of Lake George throughout the height of the summer season. This weekly, free show can be witnessed from almost anywhere in the Village.
Get close to the excitement aboard specialty fireworks steamboat cruises. Set sail on Lake George as dusk settles to “ooh” and “aah” at the booming colors from some of the best seats available.
Aside from holiday celebrations, several annual events also conclude with fireworks. An incredible display takes place over the icy lake every weekend in February during the Lake George Winter Carnival as well, because fireworks are much more than summertime tradition here in the Lake George Area!
