Professor Louie and the Crowmatix

Take a ride up county for an enjoyable evening of rock 'n roll, blues, Gospel and American roots music honoring veterans. Professor Louie and the Crowmatix performs internationally as well as in the United States. They are a Grammy-nominated group whose repertoire is steeped in the music they will perform tonight. They have been inducted into Blues Hall Of Fame, New York Chapter and hold a permanent place in the Canada South Blues Museum.

Guided Hike at Up Yonda

Take a walk with a naturalist and explore the signs of spring! We’ll be searching for spring flowers, birds, animal tracks in the mud and whatever else we can find.
Up Yonda Farm is a 72-acre facility which features a Museum of wildlife exhibits of native mammals and birds; a children's activity room. We offer nature programs, Butterfly and perennial gardens, birding, honeybees, Maple sugaring, and woodworking.
Up Yonda is designated a New York State Path Through History attraction.
Inspiration ~ Guiding Steps Spring Recital

This annual spring recital features beautiful dance styles ~ ballet, jazz, tap, contemporary and hip hop. Kinder through advanced students will perform to uplifting powerful music.
Each year our dances are choreographed providing a different and wonderful experience every year.
This year each song fits our Inspiration theme and we assure you will be inspired.
Goat Ice Cream Social

Come meet the newest generation of kids and lambs at Nettle Meadow Farm and try one of our new flavors of Goat Cheese Ice Cream! Each scoop is $3 and all proceeds benefit the Kemp Animal Sanctuary. Our new flavors include Maple Chili Chocolate Chip, Basil Peach, Blackberry Balsamic Honey, and Maple. All of your dollars go directly to the Kemp Animal Sanctuary at Nettle Meadow, a 501(c)3 Organization, to support the care, feeding and medications for more than 100 sanctuary animals currently living on our farm.

Come run the flattest and fastest mile in these parts. This USATF Adirondack Grand Prix Series race starts just prior to the Memorial Day Parade in Glens Falls. Beginning in front of the Bullpen Restaurant on Glen Street, runners will pass cheering crowds of parade-goers and finish at Crandall Park. The first 100 registered runners receive a t-shirt! Race begins at 9:55am. Raceday registration also available.
